Learn to use Photoshop and Elements….

The Photoshop Course is aimed at photographers who are interested in taking their photography to the next level and get to grips with photo retouching. This one-day workshop covers Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. We follow a direct and hands-on approach and introduce students to basic retouching techniques as well as some more creative and advanced techniques.

Introduction to Photoshop and Elements 10. Workspace and Shortcuts. Basic Image Retouching Techniques. Working with Layers and Masks. Creating striking black and white images. Enhancing Portraits. Enhancing Urban Scenes and Landscapes. Popular third-party Plugins and Filters. Preparing for Output.

 

Costs…

R1,500 per person. Lunch and beverages included. (Discount of R250 apply for Photo Critic members)

 

Requirements…

You will need to bring your own Computer or Notebook Computer along. (Minimum specs 2GB RAM, 10GB free HDD space).  We will provide all students with a 30-day trial edition of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 or newest edition.
